TAIPEI, Taiwan—December 25, 2023— Portico Media proudly announces its recognition as one of the "Top LGBTQ-Friendly Workplaces in Taiwan" in the 2023 Taiwan LGBTQ Workplace Friendliness Index. This prestigious award, presented by the Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association in collaboration with the Taiwan Equality Campaign, celebrates Portico Media's commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for LGBTQ employees.

The 2023 Taiwan LGBTQ Workplace Friendliness Index, a trailblazing survey within Taiwan, assessed 62 companies for their efforts to promote LGBTQ rights and inclusivity in the workplace. The Index evaluates five main criteria: Commitment, Systems and Benefits, Internal Community and Support, Internal Training/Promotion, and External Influence/Promotion. These criteria enable self-assessment by enterprises and organizations, highlighting their commitment to LGBTQ workplace friendliness and diversity. Portico Media's inclusion among the top 47 companies accentuates its resolve to nurture an equitable and diverse work culture.
